LINDA FALLON, LCSWA She/her): ADOLESCENTS & ADULTS THERAPIST

Hello! My name is Linda Fallon (she/her) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. I am queer identifying and affirming. I work with adult children of emotionally immature parents, as well as adolescents and adults experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, neurodivergence, life transitions, emotional neglect, family dynamics, understanding boundaries, and decision making. I enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, including queer youth who are exploring sexual and gender identity. I am kink and poly affirming, and understand that relationships can take many forms.

I also have a passion for working with people who are living with the complexities of chronic illness, which can include the balance of managing the illness with the tasks and demands of daily living. I recognize and support the idea that health looks different for everyone, and this includes variations in body size, ability, and social capacity.

I take a person-centered and strengths-based approach when working with clients to achieve their goals. I use elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment Theory, Systems Theory, and Mindfulness in my practice, but I also believe in the strength of the therapeutic relationship as the heart of clinical practice. I am committed to cultivating a safe and trustworthy relationship with you. Together, we can approach life’s challenges in a way that feels the most authentic for you. I celebrate the differences in what makes us all human, and I approach clients from a culturally inclusive and trauma informed lens.

I provide telehealth and in person sessions in our Raleigh office and work with clients aged 12+. I accept Aetna, BCBS, Medcost, and Cigna.
