Children & Adolescent Therapy
Children & Adolescent Therapy
Big feelings, growing pains, and everything in between.
Growing up comes with a lot of changes, challenges, and emotions. From navigating friendships and school stress to managing big feelings, anxiety, or changes at home, children and teens can sometimes struggle to make sense of what they're experiencing. As a parent or caregiver, it can be difficult to know how to help when your child is having a hard time.
Children and adolescent therapy provides a safe, supportive space for young people to express themselves, build confidence, and develop tools to navigate life's challenges. Our approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each child's developmental stage, personality, and unique needs.
We support children and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation challenges, trauma, self-esteem concerns, behavioral difficulties, and life transitions.
For younger children, therapy may incorporate play-based approaches to help them express emotions, process experiences, and develop coping skills in ways that feel natural and comfortable. For adolescents, sessions may focus on building self-awareness, navigating relationships, managing stress, exploring identity, and developing healthy coping strategies.
We believe caregivers play an important role in a child's growth and well-being. When appropriate, we collaborate with parents and caregivers to strengthen communication, build understanding, and support progress beyond the therapy room.
Whether your child is struggling with big emotions, having difficulty with transitions, or simply needs a supportive space to work through life's challenges, we're here to help.
Your child doesn't have to have all the words to deserve support.
